Why the build fee is charged after launch, not before
The one-time build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. That ordering means you are never paying a large sum for a site you have not seen finished, and it is also why the build fee, once charged, is not refundable.
Where the real cost differences actually come from
Between agents, the biggest cost difference is not the plan itself but how many extra revisions get used beyond the included amount, and whether the AI Engine's usage-based cost runs high on a busy month. Both are visible in your client portal as they happen, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the invoice.
